I purchased the item from Korea on June 1 and received it on June 13, but the 5 interchangeable laces were missing from the package.
I already contacted you by email about this issue, and on June 14 I received a reply saying that the missing laces would be shipped to me. However, I still have not received any confirmation that they have been shipped, nor have I received a tracking number.
Could you please resolve this issue as soon as possible? I need the laces to be shipped quickly, and I would appreciate it if you could send me the tracking number once they are dispatched.
